GODDESS AMAZON'S COAT OF ARMS
The meaning behind Goddess Amazon's coat of arms.
When I realize that I was going to be the first black female to be given the title "Sublime Lady Citizen of the OWK" I knew I had to have an outstanding coat of arms to represent myself. I would like to thank my sister for helping me create this awesome image. I love you Sis!
THE COLORS
Purple- this color represent royalty and spirituality. Purple is a color of confidence and pride. Silver- is the color of Goddesses. It represent empowerment, protection and peace.- is the color of power and mystery. Black is often seen as a color of rebellion and intimidation. Black is both positive and negative.
THE CROWN- The crown symbolizes leadership and authority. On the center of the crown is an Ankh. The Ankh is a symbolic representation of both Physical and Eternal life. It is known as the original cross, which is a powerful symbol created by Africans in Ancient Egypt. An Amethyst stone is placed in the circle of the Ankh. The Amethyst represent Courage, Happiness and Peace. A powerful amulet for travelers and protects one against thieves, harm and danger. THE IVY LEAFS- The ivy leafs means strength, endurance and determination. The ivy leafs are strategically placed on top of the shield and around the crown for this very purpose. THE SHIELD- The shield symbolizes protection. The items on top of the shield are handcuffs, a cane, a sword and the initials GA. The handcuffs represent my past as a police officer. It is also one of my favorite bondage tool. The cane symbolizes my love for corporal punishment. It is also one of my favorite punishment tools. The sword represent refinement, wisdom, courage, honor, empowerment, control, and the ability to take action. These are the characteristics that best describes me. The initials GA has a double meaning. GA stands for Goddess Amazon. It's also the abbreviation for the state of Georgia. My main home base, the place were my dominance was formed and developed. THE BLACK PANTHER- Beautiful but deadly, the black panther is among the strongest and fastest of it's carnivores family, thus making it a spectacular lone hunter. The Black Panther is valiant and strong, an ancient totem symbolizing the ability to reclaim one's true power. The Black Panther combines valor and ferocity, resulting in an enchanting mixture of beauty and grace. Of all panthers, the black panther is the most mystical. It is the symbol of the femininity, the dark mother - symbolic of the life & power of the night. The Panther is known as the guardian and protector. This is why it's placed over the shield and ribbon. THE SILVER RIBBON- This is more like a banner actually. A banner that states my essence. AMAZON.......I am a tall and mighty woman. An Amazon, a large, strong and aggressive woman.
